About the role
- Key Account Management: Act as the strategic focal point for Drogal and Farma Conde, ensuring execution of the JBP (Joint Business Plan).
- GMV and Sell-out Management: Responsible for developing analyses to support price reductions, mix review and in-store brand building.
- Operational Curation: Monitor order flow to ensure supply (sell-in) occurs without stockouts and respecting lead times.
- Interpersonal Relationship Management: Navigate between client buyers, field teams and internal areas across Grupo Boticário.
- Data Analysis: Use tools (IQVIA, Neogrid, Excel) to anticipate market movements and propose proactive solutions instead of a reactive approach.
- Visit Routine: Maintain a frequent schedule at the client headquarters to monitor performance and identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in the Pharma Channel: Solid experience serving large chains (Key Accounts).
- Direct Sales Experience: Experience working in the field with complex negotiations and contract management.
- Analytical Profile: Ability to translate numbers into action plans (inventory management, margin and profitability).
- Proactivity and "Ownership Mindset": Anticipate operational issues and propose solutions before they impact GMV.
- Location: Residence and availability to work in the São Paulo region.
