About the role

  • Key Account Management: Act as the strategic focal point for Drogal and Farma Conde, ensuring execution of the JBP (Joint Business Plan).
  • GMV and Sell-out Management: Responsible for developing analyses to support price reductions, mix review and in-store brand building.
  • Operational Curation: Monitor order flow to ensure supply (sell-in) occurs without stockouts and respecting lead times.
  • Interpersonal Relationship Management: Navigate between client buyers, field teams and internal areas across Grupo Boticário.
  • Data Analysis: Use tools (IQVIA, Neogrid, Excel) to anticipate market movements and propose proactive solutions instead of a reactive approach.
  • Visit Routine: Maintain a frequent schedule at the client headquarters to monitor performance and identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in the Pharma Channel: Solid experience serving large chains (Key Accounts).
  • Direct Sales Experience: Experience working in the field with complex negotiations and contract management.
  • Analytical Profile: Ability to translate numbers into action plans (inventory management, margin and profitability).
  • Proactivity and "Ownership Mindset": Anticipate operational issues and propose solutions before they impact GMV.
  • Location: Residence and availability to work in the São Paulo region.
