About the role

  • Serve as the performance, management and governance focal point for Marketing/Categories;
  • Lead the continuous improvement of result-tracking rituals across the directorates;
  • Mobilize the team to solve problems through analysis and the use of management methodologies;
  • Seek process and governance improvements within the Directorate.

Requirements

  • High analytical capability;
  • Ability to communicate with senior leadership stakeholders;
  • Knowledge of management methodologies (PDCA, DMAIC, GPD, OKR, agile methodologies);
  • Knowledge of Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.);
  • Nice to have: experience in data extraction (SQL, Google Cloud Platform, etc.);
  • Bachelor's degree (completed).
