About the role
- Serve the two distributors in the state of Rio de Janeiro;
- Commercial management and Joint Business Planning (JBP) with major accounts in the indirect channel;
- Strong communication and analytical skills;
- Monitor and manage the sales flow from sell-in to sell-out;
- Build relationships across the customer value chain (commercial, marketing, finance and operations) to grow the business;
- Maintain and uphold the company’s routines and processes, ensuring plans are executed and information is communicated clearly and objectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed. Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
- Experience with tools such as IQVIA, Scantech and Mtrix;
- Valid driver's license (CNH);
- Experience working with distributors (indirect—food and/or pharmaceutical) and managing major accounts in the food channel (Prezunic, Zona Sul and Guanabara);
- Willingness to travel.
