About the role
- CRM-driven LTV strategy: Develop and manage the CRM roadmap with a strategic focus on Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), emphasizing retention metrics, recovery, driving first purchases, increasing conversion rates and average order value.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud management: Lead the strategic operation within SFMC, ensuring advanced use of tools such as Journey Builder, Automation Studio and Audience Builder, as well as technology best practices to optimize processes and operational effectiveness.
- Omnichannel view: Map and integrate CRM journeys across E-commerce and physical store channels, ensuring a single customer view and implementing opportunity-driven strategies to generate value.
- Recovery and reactivation: Build predictive communication flows for churn and design aggressive strategies to recover inactive customers and reach consumers with varying behaviors.
- Journey development: Collaborate with the team to design personalized journeys based on purchase behavior, RFM segmentation and category propensity.
- Analysis and performance: Monitor CRM KPIs (conversion rate, incremental revenue, campaign ROI) and turn data into actionable business insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required. Postgraduate studies in related areas preferred.
- Prior leadership experience in CRM or Loyalty, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
- Practical and strategic experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (certifications are a plus).
- Ability to interpret large volumes of data and customer equity metrics.
- Deep understanding of how CRM impacts the company P&L.
- Ability to collaborate across Technology/MarTech, Data, Marketing, Store Operations, E‑commerce and Media teams.
