About the role

  • Monitor new productions, ensuring compliance with performance criteria and product attributes, as well as alignment with interfacing areas;
  • Provide technical support to industrialization (focused on third-party factories/partners) during development/implementation and production phases;
  • Work with the partner to ensure the best selection of the production route (equipment) to deliver the product on time, with the right quality and optimized cost, maintaining constant interaction with interfaces during the development of new products at the third party, anticipating adjustments and improvements;
  • Support the partner in crisis management and decision-making, interfacing with internal areas;
  • Propose changes to processes, methods, equipment, devices, and product components, developing new manufacturing processes to increase product quality, reduce losses, and improve productivity;
  • Lead/participate in crisis committees, seeking quick and practical solutions to meet established deadlines and costs;
  • Monitor production plans at the third-party factory and support their execution;
  • Support the partner in conducting standardized processes for monitoring production performance;
  • Identify performance improvement opportunities and support the partner in addressing them;
  • Analyze and map production technologies available at partners;
  • Actively participate in manufacturing routines with partners, conveying information related to new productions and corresponding corrective actions for deviations;
  • Manage test/first production schedules according to factory availability and project timeline;
  • Assist in defining the production process/equipment, possible constraints, and investment needs for new products, based on incoming project requirements;
  • Build trusted relationships with partners and support their development and improvement of delivery quality to Grupo Boticário

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields;
  • Analytical, organized, and proactive profile, with the ability to learn quickly and strong teamwork skills;
  • Verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to explain analyses and results clearly and concisely;
  • Knowledge of KPI management, performance monitoring, and process improvement tools;
  • Experience in product development projects and manufacturing environments;
  • Experience with Google Slides and Google Sheets.
