About the role

  • Strategy and Targets: Develop brand targets together with management and ensure alignment of action plans.
  • Supplier Management: Work directly with partners, conduct follow-up meetings (syncs), manage inventory (coverage, overstock), and ensure delivery fill rate.
  • Commercial Negotiations: Prepare and monitor JBPs (Joint Business Plans), negotiate incentives and activation budgets, and secure the best commercial terms (margins and contracts).
  • Category Management & Assortment: Define and review the product mix for physical stores and digital channels, tracking products from launch through sell-out performance.
  • Demand Analysis: Validate purchase recommendations, analyze the demand simulator, and ensure correct replenishment for priority/strategic products.
  • Routines and Processes: Validate costbooks, manage rebate collection, oversee contracts, and monitor performance KPIs (margin, channels, and categories).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in commercial, planning, or trade marketing roles within retail and/or e-commerce companies.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience with data tools is a plus.
