About the role

  • Calendar Management: Organize the scheduling of actions and brand visibility on the Beleza na Web platform.
  • Creative Liaison: Prepare detailed briefs for the creative team, ensuring visual assets are developed in line with the campaign strategy.
  • Operational Execution: Work directly on the platform to ensure storefronts, banners and campaigns are published correctly.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with commercial, marketing and operations teams to ensure flawless execution of trade plans.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track the performance of initiatives in real time, prepare performance reports and conduct competitor benchmarking.
  • Curation: Contribute to the curation of content and products for campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Curiosity about the online environment and familiarity with e-commerce dynamics.
  • Sense of urgency and resilience to operate in a fast-paced platform environment.
  • Genuine interest in product curation and industry trends.
