About the role

  • Orchestrate the Design Language: Lead and direct the development of Grupo Boticário’s Design Language, defining guidelines for typography, color, illustration and iconography to raise the aesthetic rigor of our deliverables.
  • Evolve the Design System Ecosystem: Serve as the strategic link between the visual language and its technical realization in the Design System, ensuring scalability and consistency across all platforms.
  • Cross-functional Leadership and Evangelism: Supervise the visual development of multiple digital products, acting as guardian of graphic quality and mentor to design teams.
  • Connect Brand and Experience: Bridge the Branding and Digital Experience teams, translating brand positioning into innovative, high-impact interfaces.
  • Redefine Market Standards: Identify global trends and interface technologies to create digital experiences that are precedent-setting, delivering real competitive advantage for the business.
  • Executive Influence: Support executive decision-making by advocating for the design vision as a strategic priority and a driver of value for the organization.

Requirements

  • Transformative Expertise: Deep, proven experience leading high-impact visual design projects, preferably within large digital ecosystems.
  • Systemic Branding Vision: Advanced command of visual identity concepts, voice, tone and digital positioning.
  • Mastery of Digital Experience (UX/UI): Solid knowledge of cutting-edge design theory, accessibility best practices and information architecture.
  • Communication that Connects and Inspires: Excellent presentation, synthesis and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Learning and Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to handle complex and unusual problems, transforming challenges into innovative solutions.
