About the role

  • Support product strategy: actively contribute to defining the roadmap, KPIs and prioritization for the evolution of the Gestão Construtiva product
  • Discovery: Map real user and business needs by conducting research, interviews and tests to gain a deep understanding of processes and decision journeys
  • Ensure execution and results: Turn complex challenges and hypotheses into clear, actionable plans, taking responsibility for cadence and delivery of measurable outcomes
  • Decommission legacy solutions: Maximize the use of Gestão Construtiva by enabling the main store opening and renovation models and deprecating legacy solutions currently used in the process
  • Integrate the ecosystem: Connect the new platform to existing franchise back-office solutions, working with the Design team to create a seamless and unified experience for the end user
  • Data-driven orientation: Define and track metrics and objectives for digital solutions. Collect and analyze customer and user data to understand their challenges and needs
  • Ensure use of supporting tools: Refine prototypes and solution documentation; refine and detail initiatives, epics and user stories. Monitor usability tests to validate hypotheses and meet user needs
  • Manage the backlog and roadmap: Translate problems and opportunities into clear stories, keeping a highly organized backlog and a strategic roadmap (now/next/future) aligned with company OKRs
  • Collaborate and influence: Align with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, negotiating trade-offs clearly and managing expectations around deliveries
  • Ensure strategic communication: Communicate product progress objectively, consolidating and presenting status, learnings and results to stakeholders and leadership

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with digital solutions
  • Experience across the digital solution lifecycle, from discovery to delivery
  • Knowledge of user experience, design and innovation practices
  • Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban and/or others)
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Familiarity with visualization and dashboard tools (Looker, Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau or equivalents)
  • Familiarity with applied AI concepts for product (recommendation systems, summarization, automations, assistants, pattern analysis)
