About the role

  • Develop highly complex mobile features, ensuring quality, performance, and adherence to the team's architectural standards.
  • Actively participate in technical and product discussions, contributing innovative and feasible solutions to business challenges.
  • Perform thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and share best practices among team members.
  • Implement and maintain automated tests (unit, integration and widget tests) to ensure delivery reliability.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Backend, UX, Product) to ensure technical and business alignment in the solutions developed.
  • Support less experienced developers through mentoring, pair programming and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the app architecture by proposing improvements and participating in strategic technical decisions.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with iOS and Android ecosystems and versioning and release strategies.
  • Proficiency in Dart.
  • Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
  • Experience with Clean Architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of Flutter concepts (widgets, layouts, state management, navigation, API integration).
  • Understanding of interface design and UX/UI best practices.
  • Experience publishing to app stores (Google Play / App Store).
