About the role

  • Direct support to the Financial Management competency within the "Future of the Network" project, contributing to the organization, co-creation and execution of the project;
  • Work across workstreams in partnership with financial teams;
  • Understand the franchisee perspective and develop deliverables aligned with the needs of the franchise network;
  • Collaborate on actions across multiple teams, participating in alignments, negotiations and communications for the project workstreams;
  • Build and produce reports and insights that guide action plans, controls and project decisions for the franchise network;
  • Prioritize initiatives, map risks and critical dependencies, and monitor impacts on execution;
  • Prepare materials and deliverables with the finance teams, ensuring adherence to the scope of the "Future of the Network" project.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Slides;
  • Intermediate knowledge of financial management: income statement (DRE), cash flow statement (DFC), EBITDA, leverage, etc.;
  • Intermediate knowledge of project management: Kanban, RACI, roadmaps, agile methodologies, tracking cadences/rituals, etc.;
  • Specialization in Financial Management and/or Project Management will be a plus;
  • Experience in finance areas (controllership, financial planning, performance or similar). Relevant qualifications (expected skills and attitudes) will be a differential;
  • Influence: ability to work with different departments and levels of hierarchy;
  • Governance: skill to manage multiple topics simultaneously, with a focus on prioritization;
  • Resilience: adaptability to redirect deliverables and reorganize plans in light of new information;
  • Leading Cadences/Rituals: capacity to run committees, weekly alignments and other routines;
  • Analytical Capacity: ability to cross-reference data and build consistent analyses;
  • Curiosity: investigative mindset, seeking answers for hypotheses and solutions to structural problems;
