About the role

  • Ensure continuity of the network environment through proactive monitoring and observability with agility and excellence in the retail environment.
  • Plan and execute critical changes, including preparing detailed cutover and rollback plans, following ITIL governance.
  • Apply skills covering planning, development, execution and delivery of projects and processes, as well as monitoring and evaluating continuous performance improvements for internal teams and vendors, working in an Agile model.
  • Operate NetOps/monitoring, manage ticket queues, and create and maintain dashboards and performance indicators (KPIs) using tools such as Looker to minimize impacts.
  • Serve as a point of support and escalation for rollout or support teams, with deep knowledge of support processes and the behavior of computers and mobile devices in the retail environment; provide training when required.
  • Structure processes and documentation, proactively anticipate technical problem resolutions, and maintain service records.
  • Act in NetOps operations, monitoring, continuity and projects to prevent SLA breaches by managing queues and escalating when necessary to avoid or minimize impacts.
  • Have excellent communication and persuasion skills for presentations and prepare reports and presentations at operational, business and management levels.

Requirements

  • Experience applying ITIL and Agile methodologies.
  • Discipline to select and prioritize activities to deliver optimal execution of our strategy.
  • Experience in project management and infrastructure innovation, and in action planning based on Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum and Kanban).
  • Ability to create support articles and documentation.
  • Solid experience as a Network Specialist, especially with Cisco Meraki and SD-WAN.
  • Experience consuming the Meraki API and using orchestration/automation tools such as AWX, Ansible or other automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with data and metrics: creating and tracking quality indicators, proposing corrective improvement actions and implementing them.
  • It will be a plus if you have:
  • ITIL and Cisco certifications.
  • Experience with data analytics tools, especially Looker, Data Studio, Tableau, BigQuery.
  • Experience with ITSM tools, especially ServiceNow and Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Zabbix and Grafana.
