About the role
- Lead the development of complex analytical frameworks to address strategic business challenges
- Shape and drive the Ideal Sales Framework project in partnership with the Data Science team
- Design recommendation models for the Ideal Framework (number of sales associates per store), considering roles, retail period, store profiles and other (multiple) variables
- Conduct economic feasibility analyses of incremental personnel costs in retail (including ROI, breakeven point, etc.)
- Structure and execute an awareness/engagement plan for the initiative.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving and experience in sales performance and/or profitability analysis
- Proven track record building analytical frameworks from scratch
- Ability to produce executive-level materials
- Experience in retail projects and/or commercial teams is a plus
- Desirable experience with Looker Studio and Google tools (Google Sheets, Slides)
- Knowledge of Google BigQuery is a differential
