About the role

  • Build the Future View: Develop sales forecasts (volume and revenue) for Grupo Boticário products at the Category/Brand/SKU/Cycle level for company-owned retail, using quantitative analyses of historical data and strategic/tactical initiatives.
  • Turn Data into Strategy: Act as a change agent by actively monitoring the area’s key indicators (WAPE, MAPE, Bias, Stockouts and NCG) and ensuring continuous improvement in forecast accuracy.
  • Orchestrate S&OP: Present the demand plan you are responsible for during Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, serving as a strategic pillar in decision-making.
  • Collaborate and Simplify: Be part of a team with the collective purpose of delivering the right product, turning complexity into clarity to delight our customers.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Technical Experience: Proven, solid experience in Demand Planning.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong statistical knowledge and deep analytical capabilities.
  • Essential Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Nice to Have: Experience with Big Data and analytics platforms such as GCP, Data Studio, BigQuery, and Dataprep.
