About the role
- Lead the execution of marketing and business initiatives, translating business indicators into high-impact, performance-focused 360° communications tailored by region;
- Drive the regional 360° Communications strategy by interpreting business indicators, ensuring creativity with a results orientation;
- Participate in performance meetings, bringing the communications perspective to preserve KPIs and brand results in your regions of operation;
- Senior Creative Direction: Lead and approve the concept (KVs and films) and the execution/production guidelines for all on- and offline media and performance assets together with agencies;
- Activation Management: Plan and execute brand activations at major events, ensuring both tactical and strategic alignment;
- Serve as the point of contact for building and maintaining the interface with strategic stakeholders (PR, Branding, Commercial, Procurement, and National Marketing).
Requirements
- Solid Experience: Proven background in Marketing and Communications, with emphasis on regional campaigns and Branding;
- Strategic Creative Perspective: Essential to guide concepts (KVs) without being the operational executor;
- Analytical Ability: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and knowledge of brand metrics (Brandlift, Brand Awareness);
- Situational Leadership: Strong capability to coordinate and manage relationships with agencies, franchisees and leadership;
- Logistics: Full availability to travel;
- Residence: Preferably residing in one of the states in the South, Central-West or North regions.
