About the role

  • Lead management of two main verticals: New Opportunities and Collaborations (Collabs), ensuring an end-to-end process for both;
  • Map and identify white spaces in GB’s operations, including prospecting new market opportunities and routes to market (organic and inorganic);
  • Conduct detailed market mapping and analysis (consumer, category, channels, brands) and quantify opportunities;
  • Design action roadmaps, assess synergies and complexity, and analyze financial viability;
  • Prospect market players, prepare proposals, negotiate and formalize contracts for new opportunities;
  • Manage the end-to-end Collabs process, including centralized governance of all collabs, prioritization of GB brands, setting strategic objectives, integrated briefing, partner prospecting, feasibility analysis, negotiation and contracting;
  • Perform post-mortem analysis, consolidate learnings and results, and evaluate outcomes.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Financial Analysis (Income Statement / DRE), Market Analysis, Data Analysis and P&L management;
  • Strong cross-functional influencing skills and strategic communication to engage diverse stakeholders;
  • Motivated by dynamic, change-oriented environments, with the ability to build projects from scratch;
  • Ability to adapt to different profiles, tailoring approach according to different cultures, audiences and interests;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related fields.
