About the role
- Responsible for managing the WhatsApp channel: performance and action plans to improve results;
- Monitor Tactical and Strategic OKRs and design action plans to achieve targets;
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor performance;
- Prepare presentations for strategic syncs and executive meetings;
- Develop plans to reduce performance disparities among franchisees and drive results;
- Lead consumer behavior studies within this channel;
- Lead development of a 360° program with multiple teams to grow the channel (Media, Regional Marketing, CRM);
- Lead the preparation of business cases and ROI/payback analyses for new levers/opportunities for the channel;
- Work closely with technology teams to develop technical solutions that meet Grupo Boticário's needs.
Requirements
- Solid experience in people management;
- Experience designing business plans and conducting ROI/payback analyses;
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields;
- Knowledge of building and manipulating databases and conducting analyses;
- Retail experience preferred (does not need to be in cosmetics);
- Knowledge of statistical models is desirable.
