Customer Support Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle and support customer service via chat and email
- Support the team with moderately complex cases
- Process refunds when necessary
- Identify recurring issues and report them to leadership
- Analyze and develop new responses and scripts
- Ensure correct execution of established processes
- Propose improvements to workflows and service standards
- Identify and escalate complex issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Higher education is not required, but degrees in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or Technology are a plus
- Experience in customer service
