About the role
- Support and execute processes related to the employee lifecycle within the company
- Lead recruitment and selection processes for strategic and leadership positions
- Lead organizational development, climate, culture, and engagement projects
- Analyze and interpret advanced People Analytics data
- Ensure the accuracy and continuous improvement of payroll and benefits processes
- Develop and implement leadership development programs and learning pathways
- Act as a Business Partner on strategic people topics alongside managers
- Participate in defining People & Management policies and practices
- Drive the digital transformation of HR processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Experience with integrated people/HR management systems
