About the role
- Support and execute processes related to the employee lifecycle within the company
- Conduct recruitment and selection processes for strategic and leadership positions
- Lead organizational development, culture, engagement, and climate projects
- Analyze and interpret advanced People Analytics data
- Ensure accuracy and continuous improvement of payroll and benefits processes
- Develop and implement leadership development programs and learning tracks
- Act as an HR Business Partner on strategic people topics with managers
- Participate in defining People & Management policies and practices
- Drive the digital transformation of HR processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Experience with integrated HR management systems
