About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of strategic clients.
- Develop account business and growth plans.
- Lead commercial negotiations, price adjustments and strategic agreements.
- Prospect new opportunities within large retail chains.
- Prepare market, competitor and consumer behavior analyses.
- Manage sell-in and sell-out KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to expand the product mix.
- Support product development with market insights.
- Work together with Trade Marketing on commercial execution.
- Monitor product display, planogram compliance and on-shelf presence.
- Track out-of-stock, inventory turnover and profitability indicators by category.
- Coordinate interfaces between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, After-Sales Service and R&D.
- Act proactively in managing chargebacks, returns and customer complaints.
- Monitor logistical performance and service level compliance (OTIF, delivery lead time, stockouts and chargebacks).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree and postgraduate degree or MBA.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales.
- Experience negotiating with large retail chains.
- Experience in DIY, Home Decor, Construction, Household Goods or Consumer Goods sectors.
- Experience in category management and Trade Marketing.
- Availability to travel.
- Intermediate English and Spanish.
