- Lead and develop the sales team, ensuring the achievement of commercial targets, execution of company strategies, and excellence in customer service.
- Lead, guide, and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performance, engaged environment focused on results.
- Plan, organize, and monitor the activities of the commercial team, ensuring strategy execution and compliance with company targets.
- Define and implement sales strategies to increase results, grow market share, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Monitor and analyze the team’s performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing corrective actions when necessary.
- Conduct field follow-ups, providing support, guidance, and continuous feedback to sales representatives to improve commercial performance.
- Ensure service quality, promoting customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Participate in commercial planning meetings, presenting results, performance analyses, and recommendations to optimize sales strategies.
- Ensure the sales team adheres to commercial policies, internal processes, and company guidelines.
- Support team development by identifying training needs and contributing to employees’ professional growth.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales supervision
- Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation
- Ability to lead teams and resolve conflicts
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields
