About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prioritize business requirements and translate them into strategic KPIs
Independently explore and model data, assess data quality, and propose reusable data assets
Develop and optimize complex dashboards combining multiple sources, with a focus on storytelling and usability
Apply tests and validations to ensure the reliability of metrics
Propose improvements to data flows in workstreams
Contribute to defining and implementing governance (access controls, compliance, auditability, and cost management)
Monitor impacts and generate insights on adoption and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate in reviewing analytical processes and standards, anticipating future needs
Mentor Data Analysts I on best practices in modeling, documentation, and storytelling
Keep up with BI trends and evaluate new features and scalability opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field
Advanced knowledge of BI and data visualization tools
Intermediate knowledge of SQL, query optimization, and relational and dimensional data modeling
Intermediate knowledge of Python, R, or a similar language
Experience with ETL/ELT tools and data pipelines
Desirable: familiarity with Cloud technologies and APIs
