About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Research, evaluate/validate, and procure new technologies;
Support the renewal and replacement of existing contracts;
Work collaboratively with business units and IT;
Ensure solutions meet the organization’s technical and strategic needs;
Conduct quotes and technical/commercial comparisons;
Support vendor negotiations under guidance;
Register and update contracts and renewals in corporate systems;
Assist in preparing contract drafts and acceptance terms with the Legal department;
Contribute to budget analysis and spending forecasts;
Perform other related activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field;
Basic knowledge of IT contracts and licensing;
Skills: communication, negotiation, critical analysis, proactivity;
Intermediate to advanced Excel is a plus;
Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
