About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administrative and operational support to related departments;
Development and monitoring of action plans with providers;
IVR telephone support for direct assistance to providers;
Alignment of processes and procedures with providers;
Managing provider network efficiency and service quality;
Support with queries or errors in billing/settlements and provider payments;
Participation in audits and provider network qualification processes;
Reports and presentations for internal and external clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, Quality, Procurement, or related fields;
Postgraduate degree preferred;
Previous experience in 24-hour assistance services or provider management;
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel;
Proficient in Microsoft Office and provider network management systems;
Organized, results-focused, and attentive to detail;
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills;
Proactive and a team player;
Analytical ability and strategic vision;
Ability to make responsible decisions independently.
