About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform analysis and mapping of high-complexity processes;
Validate the gains from process initiatives;
Lead process projects;
Map processes and propose actions that can generate value for the customer or the business;
Ensure the maintenance of process indicators (KPIs);
Perform other related activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
Advanced knowledge of Lean philosophy and continuous improvement tools;
Advanced knowledge of BPM, BPMN and value chain concepts;
Experience with process-mapping tools such as Bizagi;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
Project management certification (preferred);
Intermediate knowledge of data analysis (preferred).
