About the role
- Develop, update and control project schedules, defining milestones, deliverables and critical paths;
- Monitor the physical progress of construction and project phases, ensuring adherence to the plan;
- Identify deviations in schedule, cost and scope, proposing and tracking corrective action plans;
- Participate in integrated project management, overseeing projects from the study and design phases through project delivery;
- Coordinate the flow of information among involved departments (engineering, operations, procurement, legal, finance and third parties);
- Ensure that prerequisites for each project phase are met;
- Conduct project monitoring routines, facilitating status and alignment meetings with stakeholders;
- Manage project risks by identifying and assessing impacts and defining mitigation strategies;
- Control scope changes, evaluating impacts on schedule, cost and execution;
- Keep project documentation organized and up to date;
- Prepare executive reports and performance indicators for management monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields;
- Experience in project management and/or construction planning;
- Proficiency in MS Project;
- Proficiency in Excel;
- Postgraduate degree in Project Management (preferred).
