About the role

  • Map the current (as-is) process and propose the future (to-be) process;
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency;
  • Monitor and support the implementation of operational efficiency initiatives;
  • Track performance indicators;
  • Create and maintain documentation;
  • Lead initiatives with multidisciplinary working groups;

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed);
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Knowledge and/or experience in process management;
  • Knowledge and/or experience with Lean methodology;
  • Proficiency with Bizagi;
  • Experience with collaborative working methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking);
