About the role

  • Work on data projects autonomously, from requirements mapping to database modeling and data provisioning.
  • Create and maintain robust data pipelines, ensuring efficient data transformation and storage.
  • Contribute to the design, documentation, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of data code and tools.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements and scalability within the company's ETL/ELT platform.
  • Translate business needs into data solutions aligned with the data platform's strategies and tools.
  • Mentor team members and promote data literacy among stakeholders.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by performing code reviews and quality checks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in technology, business administration, engineering, or related fields;
  • Strong communication skills to interact with technical and business stakeholders;
  • Experience in complex environments with large volumes of data;
  • Experience creating and maintaining data pipelines;
  • Programming experience with general-purpose languages (Python, R, Scala);
  • Experience with data storage and processing technologies and techniques (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Mart);
  • Proficiency in SQL for data modeling and solving complex problems in an optimized way;
  • Basic knowledge of software engineering practices (documentation, automated testing, clean code).
