About the role

  • Identify opportunities to apply technology to improve existing business processes within the Digital Transformation team.
  • Identify new business opportunities, models, or products and connect those initiatives to viable technological solutions.
  • Design customized solutions to meet the company’s specific needs.
  • Ensure solutions are integrated efficiently and securely across the organization.
  • Develop implementation plans and ensure solutions are deployed effectively.
  • Ensure the scalability, flexibility, and long-term sustainability of solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance to other members of the Digital Transformation team.
  • Stay up to date with technology market trends, contributing relevant insights to the evolution of Grupo Autoglass’s digital ecosystem.
  • Work closely with business leaders to understand business needs and ensure solutions meet those needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in solution architecture, preferably in digital transformation/innovation environments.
  • Solid knowledge of emerging technologies (cloud computing, APIs, microservices, automation, AI, etc.).
  • Experience with system integration and designing scalable, secure solutions.
  • Ability to develop implementation plans and oversee technical execution.
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience in innovation projects, new product development, or new business models.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks.
  • Experience working on digital transformation projects within complex corporate environments.
  • Experience with cloud technologies.
