About the role
- Assess network topologies, design network layouts, and develop Routing & Switching and Wireless solutions;
- Implement and support Routing & Switching solutions and routers;
- Implement and support Wireless solutions;
- Implement and support SD-WAN solutions;
- Gather and document project requirements;
- Perform advanced network troubleshooting;
- Support the Telephony team on VoIP communication;
- Provide support to internal and external customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in IT or a related field;
- Solid experience configuring/installing equipment such as routers and switches;
- Knowledge of routing protocols (RIP, HSRP, OSPF, and BGP), QoS, VPNs, VRF, and troubleshooting;
- CCNA certification;
- Experience in mission-critical environments.
- Nice to have:
- CCNP certification;
- Knowledge of VMware NSX;
- Knowledge of VoIP.
