About the role
- Support the creation, updating and dissemination of IT Governance policies, standards and procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making and promote continuous improvement of IT processes.
- Act directly in change management, assessing impacts, risks and dependencies.
- Participate in CAB meetings, contributing to the approval, prioritization and alignment of changes with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Perform impact, risk and urgency analysis of change requests (RDMs).
- Validate scope, maintenance windows, deployment plan and rollback plan.
- Validate high-impact changes and communicate critical issues to the areas involved.
- Monitor critical deployments and coordinate with technical teams.
- Ensure adherence to Change, Release and Configuration procedures.
- Validate and review release calendars, baselines and maintenance windows.
- Ensure correct registration of changes and their relationships in the CMDB.
- Monitor assisted operation post-deployment and incidents after changes.
- Guide analysts at other levels regarding the formal rules of the process.
- Communicate high-impact changes to business areas.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the Change process.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of ITIL 4 (certification desirable);
- Solid knowledge of COBIT (certification desirable - COBIT 5 or higher);
- Proven experience in operating and improving service governance processes;
- Experience with ITSM tools, CMDB and governance portals;
- Ability to build dashboards and management/executive reports;
- Knowledge of process mapping (BPMN is a plus);
- Bachelor's degree completed or in final stages in IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
