About the role

  • Analyze, classify and investigate registered initiatives, assessing impact and urgency to prepare the action pipeline;
  • Encourage engagement across business areas, strengthening active participation in the Lean culture;
  • Deliver training to business areas;
  • Validate gains from process initiatives, verifying the results obtained and ensuring effective measurement of delivered value;
  • Perform analyses and execute low- and medium-complexity process mappings;
  • Validate gains from process initiatives, ensuring the proposed improvement has real effectiveness and contributes to predefined KPIs;
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for innovation and process improvement;
  • Manage innovation and improvement projects;
  • Support business areas to ensure the continuous improvement of processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Lean philosophy and continuous improvement tools (Kaizen, PDCA, 5S, A3) to support improvement initiatives;
  • Intermediate knowledge of BPM/BPMN and Excel;
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office;
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis;
  • Experience monitoring KPIs and other performance indicators;
  • Experience with Project Management.
