About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure operational and visual excellence across the stores under your management
  • Develop store managers and sales associates through regular feedback and clear targets
  • Maintain a results-obsessed approach: Sell-Out, NPS, stockouts, conversion
  • Be a role model for culture, conduct and energy within the team
  • Ensure execution of processes and protocols defined by HQ
  • Ensure curated assortment and depth of core SKUs
  • Monitor transfers, returns and stockouts with focus on availability and turnover
  • Track product score and correct deviations in partnership with planning and replenishment teams
  • Develop and monitor performance of managers and store teams
  • Provide feedback, conduct on-the-floor training and leadership rituals (meetings, one-on-ones, weekly alignments)
  • Ensure coherent scheduling, visible leadership and a team trained in customer service and sales
  • Maintain visual standards, organization and daily upkeep of stores (checklists, window displays, lighting, cleanliness)
  • Oversee execution of visual merchandising (VM) according to the brand calendar and guidelines
  • Address non-conformities promptly
  • Increase sales penetration through digital platforms (omnichannel, CRM, assisted selling)
  • Promote use of tools such as Agenda (Dito), customer registration and CRM to drive conversion
  • Monitor digital targets and ensure plan execution with teams
  • Ensure achievement of Sell-Out, SSS (Same-Store Sales) and tactical KPIs
  • Monitor and act on stockout, conversion and NPS indicators
  • Execute tactical plan with weekly discipline: action plans, store visits, follow-ups and management rituals
  • Act as the link between field and HQ, ensuring alignment of priorities and deliverables
  • Operate with an ownership mentality, proactivity and a strong sense of urgency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2 years as a supervisor, coordinator or regional manager in retail
  • Experience managing multiple stores with focus on operations, sales and people
  • Proven track record of meeting targets and developing teams
  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Commercial Management or related fields)
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Business Management or Retail is desirable
  • Must be available for frequent travel within the assigned territory
  • Active driver's license (CNH) and own vehicle are a plus
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel (indicator analysis, performance spreadsheets); Power BI
  • Experience with CRM, ERP and OMS (Order Management System) platforms
  • Practical knowledge of Google tools (Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.)
