About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You support the Account Management team in day-to-day client work: reporting, meeting preparation, and client communication.
You build AI automations (Trigger.dev, n8n) that automatically generate client reports and status updates.
You keep leads, replies, and meetings organized in Close CRM so every decision is based on real data.
You analyze campaign metrics (response rate, meetings, pipeline) and prepare them for client meetings.
You create personalized Pitchlane videos and follow-ups that turn replies into meetings.
You spot early when something is stuck with a client and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (both are fine; internship alongside studies welcome).
You already use AI in much of what you do and have built or automated small projects with it (Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, scripts, or similar).
You think in levers rather than hours and want to deliver real output, not just show presence.
You are fast, independent, and drive tasks to 100% completion.
You aim to be in the top 1%, actively seek feedback, and implement it immediately.
You communicate clearly and directly (German fluent, English confident).
