About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You support our Account Management (Tom Morawe) in day-to-day customer operations: reporting, meeting preparation, and client communication.
You build and maintain AI automations that handle routine tasks.
What you build continues to run autonomously afterward.
You automate your own tasks instead of repeating them.
You keep customer data and processes tidy and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
You work directly with the founding team and have visibility into all the numbers.

You use AI in everything you do and think in levers rather than hours.
You are fast, independent, and follow tasks through to completion.
You want to learn, actively seek feedback, and implement it immediately.
You communicate clearly and directly (fluent German, proficient English).
