Key responsibilities & impact

You make sure everything runs smoothly in the background: at Grundwerk you keep customer data, reporting and processes clean and automate them with AI.
You support our Account Management team and learn how a small team works with levers rather than hours.
You build and maintain AI automations that take care of routine tasks.
You automate your own tasks instead of repeating them.
You keep customer data and processes tidy and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
You work directly with the founding team and have visibility into all metrics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You use AI in everything you do and think in levers rather than hours.
You are fast, independent, and deliver tasks 100% to completion.
You want to learn, seek feedback, and implement it immediately.
You communicate clearly and directly (fluent German, confident English).
Degree or career changer — it doesn't matter. What counts is your output.
