About the role

  • Establish, implement and continuously optimize professional sales structures and processes
  • Responsibility for the entire sales cycle (lead → close) in a B2B environment
  • Active new customer acquisition as well as management and expansion of existing customer relationships
  • Close collaboration with marketing to qualify leads and further develop the go-to-market strategy
  • Preparation and conduct of customer meetings, demos and contract negotiations
  • Represent fino taxtech at trade shows, events and industry conferences
  • Analysis of market, customer and competitor data to derive sales strategies
  • Maintenance and further development of our CRM system

Requirements

  • Several years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, FinTech or TaxTech environments
  • Experience building or professionalizing sales organizations
  • Strong closing skills and an excellent sense for customer needs
  • Structured, data-driven and independent working style
  • Strong communication skills at decision-maker level
  • Willingness to travel (e.g., trade shows, customer meetings)
  • Very good German language skills; good English skills are an advantage
