  • Drive market share growth by engaging OEM partners
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with key decision makers at strategic accounts
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on total sales opportunities within key accounts
  • Lead the development and growth of global agreements aligned with focus area and key customers
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a robust sales pipeline

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
  • 5+ years of relevant sales or key account management experience
  • Hands-on experience in the water treatment industry
  • Strong technical acumen in dosing and disinfection equipment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50%
  • Ability to travel up to 130 days per year
  • 3+ years of direct experience with dosing pump and disinfection equipment sales (preferred)
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
