- Drive market share growth by engaging OEM partners
- Develop and manage strong relationships with key decision makers at strategic accounts
- Conduct thorough due diligence on total sales opportunities within key accounts
- Lead the development and growth of global agreements aligned with focus area and key customers
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a robust sales pipeline
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
- 5+ years of relevant sales or key account management experience
- Hands-on experience in the water treatment industry
- Strong technical acumen in dosing and disinfection equipment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50%
- Ability to travel up to 130 days per year
- 3+ years of direct experience with dosing pump and disinfection equipment sales (preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
