About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own, protect, and scale a book of business consisting of Grubhub's highest-value enterprise accounts
- Develop and execute multi-quarter account management plans focused on long-term value, brand alignment, and relationship health
- Cultivate client-first relationships with senior stakeholders while balancing merchant advocacy with Grubhub’s business interests
- Anticipate enterprise-level risks, market shifts, and competitive threats and engineer solutions to protect account health
- Pitch and sell bespoke advertising space, in-app promotions, and integrated marketing campaigns
- Conduct advanced data analysis and performance reporting to demonstrate marketing ROI and unlock additional ad spend
- Identify hyper-local restaurant and regional growth opportunities and design personalized marketing solutions
- Lead advanced product demonstrations and technical troubleshooting sessions for C-suite and enterprise stakeholders
- Translate partner needs into feature requests and enhancements for Product and Engineering teams
- Influence cross-functional teams and contribute to organizational strategy with data-backed recommendations
- Mentor junior account management team members and guide onboarding
- Plan and execute work independently while aligning major business-impacting decisions with executive leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6–10 years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Strategic Partnerships, Ad Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales
- B2B, SaaS, or Marketplace experience preferred
- Proven success meeting and exceeding commercial goals, including upselling, cross-selling, and driving advertising or marketing revenue
- Ability to navigate internal tools, adapt to shifting product landscapes, and pivot strategies based on market trends
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Track record of influencing external executive stakeholders
- Proactive problem-solving and continuous self-development
- Passion for generating creative business ideas
- Must be eligible to work in the United States; Wonder does not sponsor employment visas for this role
- Must work in the office 3 days per week
