Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze complex datasets from various sources to identify meaningful trends, patterns, and insights
Apply statistical techniques and methodologies to extract actionable information
Develop data-driven insights and recommendations that address business challenges, improve processes, and drive growth
Translate analytical findings into clear and concise business implications
Design, develop, and maintain insightful reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Tableau or other data visualization tools to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
Build and enhance financial models to forecast business performance, evaluate strategic initiatives, and support decision-making
Present analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, including management and cross-functional teams
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, define analytical projects, and provide ongoing support
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality, streamline analysis, and increase efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years of experience in an analytical role or in a highly analytical and technical internship
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and financial modeling capabilities
Intermediate proficiency in SQL, with experience in querying, data manipulation, and database management
Proven experience using data visualization tools, with a strong preference for Tableau
Solid understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques
Strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and forecasting
Familiarity with Python, R, or other statistical programming languages is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret complex data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong presentation skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders at various levels
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
