About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and review quarterly/periodic tax filings by third-party vendor, ADP
- Track federal, state, and local tax legislation to ensure systems like Workday or ADP are updated
- Federal, state, and local payroll tax reconciliations and review annual payroll tax filings
- Process W-2 amendments and corrections in both Workday and ADP
- Manage state withholding and unemployment tax accounts
- Address employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll
- Creation and maintenance of payroll SOPs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years in payroll processing and quarterly/period tax filing review
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Workday Payroll, HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking a plus
- Experience with ADP Smart Compliance a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and data integrity
