Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of product management experience
5+ years portfolio leadership
Experience leading product for a multi-sided marketplace at scale
Track record of owning a product portfolio with multiple distinct business lines
Demonstrated P&L impact directly attributable to product decisions
Experience building and leading product organizations of 50+
Experience making portfolio-level trade-offs across competing investment areas
Experience building or scaling a merchant-funded advertising or retail media platform ($20M+ in revenue)
Experience with logistics, fulfillment, or driver/courier product in a marketplace context
Experience with AI/ML-powered consumer products in production
Experience with institutional/B2B product in a consumer marketplace
Deep understanding of SEO, distribution strategy, and emerging AI search dynamics
MBA or advanced degree
