About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage restaurants to discover hidden gems and gather feedback.
- Conduct cold calling (60+ dials per day) and manage the entire sales pipeline.
- Secure appointments with prospective clients and present value of partnership.
- Travel for in-person sales pitches with merchant owners.
- Exceed high-volume sales goals within a team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluency in English required; bilingual in Spanish or Chinese a major plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.
- Dynamic personality with a positive attitude.
- Thrive in a competitive team environment.
- Coach-ability and openness to feedback.
- Ability to think strategically and make sound judgments.
- Persuasive with a history of success in fast-paced, quota-driven roles.
- Unwavering work ethic to exceed goals.
- Money-motivated mentality.
- Cold-calling experience and ability to run effective in-person sales presentations are preferred.
- B2B transactional sales experience and restaurant industry or hospitality experience is a plus.
- CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce.com.
