About the role
- Active sourcing on various platforms
- Proactively contact candidates and conduct initial screening interviews
- Prepare and conduct interviews
- Maintain candidate data in the CRM
- Post and optimize job advertisements
- Support across the entire recruiting process
Requirements
- Mandatory internship as part of your studies (proof required)
- Availability for 3–6 months
- Very good English skills (at least C1)
- Interest in Recruiting, HR & Talent Acquisition
- Enjoy working with people
