About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build Pipeline: Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, events, and industry relationships.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within target restaurant brands.
  • Consistently achieve activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
  • Drive the Sales Process: Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer challenges and business goals.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to each prospect's needs.
  • Position GRUBBRR solutions around measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop proposals and business cases that clearly communicate value.
  • Manage opportunities from initial outreach through signed agreement.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM records.
  • Build Lasting Customer Relationships: Build trust through responsiveness, transparency, and follow-through.
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers, prospects, and industry contacts.
  • Create customer advocates who provide referrals, references, and future opportunities.
  • Represent GRUBBRR professionally at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
  • Proven success prospecting and acquiring new customers.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% including regular visits to the GRUBBRR HQ in Boca Raton, Florida.
