Platform Engineer

• Architect and evolve core platform systems with a focus on long-term scalability, reliability, and developer productivity.
• Design and implement new systems in shadow mode, ensuring seamless migrations while critical workloads remain live.
• Lead development of foundational services including Query Layer Service, Realtime Support, and Export Service.
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to identify and replace legacy systems with modern architecture.
• Mentor and guide staff and senior engineers, scaling both systems and people.
