About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Growth Signals’ alliance and partnership initiatives through day-to-day coordination, enablement, and communication
  • Coordinate partner-related assets, announcements, and co-marketing activities in collaboration with internal stakeholders and partner teams
  • Assist with onboarding new alliance partners by preparing partner enablement materials and standard messaging
  • Develop, organize, and maintain partner-facing assets such as presentations, one-pagers, briefs, and periodic updates
  • Track alliance deliverables, timelines, and engagement activities to ensure follow-through and clear ownership
  • Support consistent, professional communication with external partners (meeting follow-ups, status updates, and coordination notes)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–6+ years of experience in partnerships/alliance support, partner operations, customer success operations, program coordination, or related roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to produce clear partner communications and enablement materials
  • Experience supporting partnerships, alliances, or external stakeholder initiatives (onboarding, enablement, co-marketing, or joint delivery coordination)
  • Ability to synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders into concise messaging, summaries, and action plans
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple partner workstreams, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Growth, Sales, Product, or Delivery teams to support partner goals
  • Comfortable communicating with external partners and internal leadership; confident facilitating follow-ups and driving clarity
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments with evolving partner priorities
  • Experience in consulting, professional services, SaaS, or B2B environments working with strategic partners (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with alliance, channel, or ecosystem partnership models (referral, reseller, services, or technology partners) (Preferred)
  • Experience supporting co-marketing motions (joint webinars/events, partner announcements, and shared collateral workflows) (Preferred)
  • Background in early-stage or high-growth organizations with lean operating models (Preferred)
