• Support Growth Signals’ alliance and partnership initiatives through day-to-day coordination, enablement, and communication
• Coordinate partner-related assets, announcements, and co-marketing activities in collaboration with internal stakeholders and partner teams
• Assist with onboarding new alliance partners by preparing partner enablement materials and standard messaging
• Develop, organize, and maintain partner-facing assets such as presentations, one-pagers, briefs, and periodic updates
• Track alliance deliverables, timelines, and engagement activities to ensure follow-through and clear ownership
• Support consistent, professional communication with external partners (meeting follow-ups, status updates, and coordination notes)

Chief Technology Officer

• Own the end‑to‑end technical direction for Growth Signals, encompassing application architecture, APIs, infrastructure, integrations, data platforms, and AI systems.
• Define and execute a technology roadmap aligned with enterprise customer requirements, security expectations, and company growth objectives.
• Lead the engineering and product organizations with clear ownership and accountability.
• Establish and maintain a disciplined engineering operating model covering planning, execution, testing, release management, and post‑deployment support.
• Make architectural decisions that ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability across distributed systems and multi‑tenant SaaS environments.
• Drive platform reliability and operational excellence, including observability, incident response, SLOs/SLAs, on‑call readiness, and post‑incident review processes.
• Own secure development standards and practices, including threat modeling, identity and access controls, data protection, dependency management, and API security.
• Lead enterprise security and compliance efforts, including SOC 2 readiness, audits, penetration testing, and customer security reviews.
• Partner closely with Product to evaluate technical feasibility, manage tradeoffs, and sequence delivery while controlling technical debt.
• Provide executive‑level technical leadership during complex enterprise deployments, escalations, and architecture reviews.
• Guide AI and automation initiatives (LLMs, GenAI workflows, agent frameworks) with an emphasis on reliability, evaluation, monitoring, and enterprise safety.
• Establish strong technical documentation, architectural decision records (ADRs), and knowledge‑sharing practices across teams.
• Serve as the executive technical authority for Growth Signals with customers, partners, auditors, and senior technical candidates.
