• Own product experience and UX from customer problems through design, validation, launch, and iteration
• Help raise the design bar product-wide through consistency, quality, and early design involvement
• Act as the Directly Responsible Individual on projects, carrying them from concept through delivery
• Translate user needs, archetypes, and workflows into intuitive end-to-end product experiences
• Design AI-native interactions and workflows that make complex capabilities simple, useful, and trustworthy
• Conduct customer research and usability testing to understand user needs and validate design decisions
• Rapidly develop interactive prototypes using AI-first development platforms to test concepts with users and iterate before full implementation
• Establish reusable interaction patterns and design foundations across the platform
• Invest in the design system, Storybook, and shared patterns to make the team faster
