Manager

• The Transaction Manager sits within our Credit & Risk team and is responsible for driving deals from credit approval through to drawdown.
• Once a transaction is sanctioned, you take ownership of execution — coordinating legal documentation, managing conditions precedent and ensuring funding happens smoothly and on time.
• Act as the central point of coordination between the Deal team, Risk, legal counsel, investors and the borrower.
• Oversee the end-to-end transaction process, ensuring documentation aligns with credit approval and policy, conditions precedent are satisfied, and internal approvals and drawdown mechanics are completed efficiently.
• Ensure KYC and AML requirements are met and that files remain disciplined and audit-ready.
• Develop a strong understanding of cross-border legal and risk nuances as the job operates across both UK and US jurisdictions.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment and resolve issues calmly while maintaining a high-quality client experience.
• Work closely with an experienced Credit & Risk team across geographies and play a meaningful role in how the company delivers transactions.
